The Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET) at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, does not release specific cutoff marks for B.Tech admissions. Instead, they follow a rank-based system for selection, ranking candidates based on their scores in entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams include KCET (Karnataka CET), COMEDK UGET, Uni-GAUGE, and JET (Jain Entrance Test). To increase the chance of your admission you should apply to these exams and score as high as possible to secure a seat at this university.

Assuming, you are talking about B.Tech in Public colleges, Presidency is more expensive and has a fee struture in the range of INR 2LPA - INR 4 LPA while in general, SETs are more likely to be in the range of INR 30,000 - INR 1 Lakhs per annum. This does not answer the question asked as there is a huge assumption that you are talking about BTech in public colleges. The answer varies significantly based on multiple factors like the stream chosen, hostel and other facilities, categories, the specific institutions selected, and even gender. Therefore, a more specific question is to be asked including the above mentioned details.
