However, as a better suggestion, you can opt for a professional certification like CPA (CA equivalent in US/AUS/CAN/NZ/UK) or CMA (US equivalent of ICWA) instead of M.Com.

For MCA, the first eligibility criteria is that you must hold an undergraduate degree for BCA B.Sc. or any engineering field. The next thing is, there is an entrance exam for admissions into MCA, if you qualify there, then you are in. Hope it helps.
