Once you qualify the exam, you will be called for interview and if you qualify the interview then you can apply in the college. Better. Go for good institutes. You must have 50% marks in graduation (any stream). Apart from this you need to clear any national level entrance exam. Many colleges offer this course in India. There are a few good colleges which offers this specialisation. Those colleges are:
Christ University - Bangalore
Lovely Professional University - Punjab

Yes, you can do MBA in France. You might require a GMAT score and work experience. Other than that you may require at least 60% in graduation and a good score in IELTS or similar test.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is to pass with 60% aggregate marks in B. Pharmacy or equivalent, subject to qualifying Entrance exam such as GPAT etc. I am enlisting a few very good colleges below for doing pharmacy.
