Hi, as per my opinion I would suggest you to go for IBPS PO since it will fetch you a government job. If you are thinking of distance learning in HR it is not that beneficial unless you do a full-time course. So IBPS PO will be the best option in this case. Also you can join some course for aptitude or practice at your own if you are a self-learner.

B.Com is a better option than BBA because in B.Com there are core subjects which are related to banking sector so if you are looking for a job in banking sector then you should go for B.Com.

Hi,
In order to become a banker for of all you need to pursue your graduation. Then you may choose amongst the banks based on their vacancy for certain posts you may give exam or interviews as the process may be.
Also, for commercial banks you need to appear for IBPS exams and then only you may be able to secure a job in the banks.
