Following an MBA in *Finance* or *Banking and Financial Services* would be appropriate for taking a step forward up the ladder in banking. These kinds are most useful when one wants to learn about financial management, investment strategies, risk management, and banking processes.Another area to consider would be an MBA in *Operations Management* or *General Management* in case you have more interest in taking up management roles within a diverse portfolio in the banking sector.
