IIT Madras offers specializations in many sectors including finance but it is not mentioned in the degree awarded. IIT Madras can definitely regard as a good b school for the fiance.

The best colleges for distance education for doing Masters in economics or finance are IGNOU Ahmedabad, Institute of distance and open learning-university of Mumbai, School of distance education, bharati vidyapeeth-New Delhi Campus etc.

Hello Jennifer, you are an engineering graduate with ECE branch and then for having one and half years of experience in an insurance related company and now you want to pursue genetic engineering.
