Being an alumni of this institute I can definitely say that the average package is not at all near to the figure that has been mentioned in other answers. During our batch that is of 14-16, the average was around 4 lakh or may be less than that. And for finance if you get placed in a proper finance profile you should be lucky, because more than 90% companies that comes for hiring are for Sales profile. And yes, this is not a paid answer/review. I just want whoever is reading this answer should be a aware of the reality & should have realistic expectation.

Hi,
One thing I want to tell you that there is no need to panic about choosing specialization because the specialization is to choose by you is in the second year, and in the first year, your subject is same for all students and in the second year you can choose your interested specialization. In the first year, you read all the subjects and in the second you have to choose only two from them one of the major and second of a minor. Symbosis is a good name in management education. Marketing, Fiance and Hr are few of most demanding specializations. All of these specializations are good in Symbosis but it depends a lot on your calibre and skill level. If you are law graduate and specialize in Hr, you can excel more in this field. Similarly, if you are a commerce graduate you can excel more in finance.
