Both Finance and Business Analytics have equal importance in their own places. Business Analytics is the talk of the market these days and no doubt will continue to grab major market for next 15-20 years. Finance has limited applications as compared to Business Analytics cause of the reason it is domain specific. But Business Analytics has wide applications may it be IT sector, Operations or Management etc. When one studies business analytics, finance becomes an integral part of it cause without financial management no organisation can sustain.
