It will be better to do specialised banking degree or PG Diploma after B.Com. A lot of private banks run a one-year banking Diploma for graduates in collaboration with B-Schools with guaranteed job. You may apply for such courses after graduation degree.

Dear Yogesh Kaushik,
Normally for the executive's purpose, they go for good management institutes like IIMs and other top private business schools. Therefore, take CAT exam, score well and take admission in IIMs. You can secure the job in top banking organisations. I hope your doubts are cleared.

Banking insurance & finance is having a good scope. PGDM banking insurance & finance is also of dual specialization. So, you can choose two electives in the second year. Moreover, after marketing most placements are for finance. So, if you are more interested in finance then I suggest you to take banking insurance & Finance.Many private banks like Kotak Mahindra, ICICI, Standard chartered and Axis Bank came for recruitment for current year.
