Yes, of course, you can do B.pharm after diploma in pharmacy from MSU, you can take lateral entry and directly get admission to 2nd year of B.pharm.

MSU Baroda BE Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have at least scored 45% aggregate in class 12th exam, or equivalent from a recognized board with relevant subjects.
5% relaxation is granted for reserved categories.
MSU Baroda BE Selection Criteria
The Admission is granted based on the results of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET), which is administered by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.
MSU Baroda BE Cut off

The University offers a Diploma programme in eight different specialisations. All the specialisations are offered under the constituent schools/ departments of MSU Baroda. Admission to the programme is merit-based, and candidates are selected based on their qualifying exam scores.
