Minimum 60% required in class 12th. Candidates from Vadodara District must have secured at least 40% marks for general category (50% marks for other districts of Gujarat), SEBC 35% marks (45% marks for other districts of Gujarat) and mere pass for SC/ST candidates. Yes, after completing B.Sc, you can apply for admission in MS University, Vadodara, for M.Sc. M.Sc is a two years post graduate programme. You can check site of MS University for admission in M.Sc Programme.

At this score, I'll prefer you to opt for the Nirma University as this university is much better than MSU Baroda in terms of placements, infra and faculty.
