The salary of a Bartender depends on several factors including the job location and the employer’s profile. If it is a 5-star hotel or resort, salaries would be more than the average hotel.Along with the fixed salary or remuneration, an expert bartender may also get decent earnings from tips from impressed and happy clients. The general starting salary can range around INR 3 LPA. Since bartenders tend to change jobs, salaries also increase with the type of establishment that is hiring the bartender.
