Yes, you can.Some colleges allow this under extreme conditions, whereas changing the colleges under the same university is much simpler than in comparison with changing the colleges under different universities.

Hi. Final-year students are eligible for campus placements. The highest placement in Lacs 10.00, average 8.00, and the companies are Flipkart, Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, Puma, Aditya Birla Capital, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc.

Dr S Bhavnagar University has excellent reviews from its present students and alumni. They have very good placements and other facilities as well. I'm not sure which government. College you are talking about. But consider the both in terms of placements and other infrastructure, check which offers better ROI.
