Yes you are eligible to take admission to IGBS on basis of CMAT exam conducted in 2016. As per the directives by DTE, Maharashtra only CMAT conducted in 2016 will be valid for seeking admission to MBA program in Indira Global Business School.

BBA is a Bachelors degree which is open to the students of all the streams, be it Science, Commerce or Arts. Different Universities will have different eligibility requirement though, but most of the good once would take an Entrance Examination, like Delhi University, IP University etc. You secure minimum 55% marks in 10+2.
