Minimum 50% marks is a must for BBA. Although, since you are nearby, it can be relaxed if your SSC scores are good and that shall depends on college admission committee. Thank you.

Students who have passed standard 12th board examinations are eligible to pursue this course. Minimum marks criteria exist, but it varies from one Institute to another. If you are planning to do MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, then you need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 50% to 60% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done through an entrance exam followed by interview and Interview. Salary varies between 3 LPA to 20 LPA. It depends upon the institute you choose and your knowledge and skills. There are many good institutes in India but the best are:

Eligibility criteria for getting an admission in GITAM. Minimum of 60% marks in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 / Intermediate Examination with Mathematics as core subject from any recognised board or council
Qualified in UGAT or GAT (or) Qualified in GIM Online Test (GOT).

no for being a pilot you must atleast have maths and Physics at +2 Level with atleast 60% marks in each subject (this may vary). So if you still want to find career in flying you can join as a steward but not pilot.
