Yes, you are eligible for admission in integrated BBA+MBA or any other courses. You must have a valid class 12th passed certificate from a recognized board.

English is a mandatory subject to have an English medium 10+2 cerificate. Also, the medium of communication at college is English. A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019 if he/she holds a Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Able (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks.

Your marks are too low to get any college. To have a college you may have to appear the entrance exam or go through management quota.
