Scottish Church College is recognised by UGC. And for syllabus of BBA exam, I could not find any official document. You should try contacting the college for the information on syllabus through mail. I assume it is similar in syllabus to other Management entrance exams and they also conduct GD and PI for entrance qualifiers.

You should prepare from different aptitude books available for entrance examinations. The key is to solve as much as possible in very less time, so you should definitely time yourself while solving the questions. Understand the questions well and clear your basics. All the best.
