You can do BBA in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Goa, Punjab, Uttarakhand these states have hindi speaking people and good exposure and high quality education is available other than South Indian states ignore speaking Hindi and Eastern States people are not able to speak Hindi.
