BBA LL.B. Eligibility

The PULAT eligibility criteria for the BCom LLB and BBA LLB admission are the same as the PULAT BA LLB eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for the three 5-year LLB courses have been mentioned below: Pre-University/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Examination Pass form recognised Board with minimum of 45% in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)Appeared for CLAT/LSAT-India/PULAT ( Presidency University Law Admission Test)The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission (22 years in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned here can fill out PULAT application form and take the PULAT entrance exam for admission to BA LLB, BCom LLB or BBA LLB course.

CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs in various universities and colleges in India. If you have not appeared for the CLAT exam, then it may be difficult to get admission to law programs in universities or colleges that accept CLAT scores.
However, there are some universities and colleges that offer admission to law programs based on other criteria, such as merit-based admission or entrance exams conducted by the respective universities. You can check the eligibility criteria and admission process of such universities or colleges and apply accordingly.
It is recommended that you do thorough research and gather information about the colleges or universities offering law programs and their admission criteria before applying. Additionally, you may also consider other law entrance exams such as AILET, LSAT, or MH CET Law, which are conducted by different institutions in India.
