The eligibility criteria of B.A LLB of Symbiosis Law School Pune is given below.
Eligibility : The candidate should have passed XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates). LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

You are not eligible till you have cleared your all subjects in your class 12th. It is very obvious that you will not be able to get admission on the basis of your class 12th marks. So, clear that first and then proceed. All the best.

You don't need to opt for CAT exam if you want to study law further. After completion of 12th, if you are thinking for law, you may take admission in law school or private university for integrated course BALLB/BBA LLB. It depends that you are want a top law school then you need to sit for CLAT which will be conducted in the month of May. Apply for it and start preparing now to get into National Law University.
