At Gujarat National Law University, Silvassa, placements are promising for courses. In the BA LLB (Hons) programme, 163 students were placed, with a median salary of ?16 Lacs per annum. In LLM, 52 students were placed, with a median salary of ?6 lakhs. The university also has a dedicated placement cell where students are provided with the facility of internships as well as job placements within different legal fields, which includes NGOs, law firms, and courts.

After completing BBA LLB (H) from School of Law, Presidency University, the graduates can appear for law examinations for government jobs. Candidates can take the popular Judicial Services Examination.
