Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) in Patna has 120 seats for the B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program. The programme is full-time and lasts five years. CNLU also has 104 seats for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program, plus 16 seats for NRIs. The university's acceptance rate is very low, with only 2–3% of applicants accepted for the CLAT and 0.5% for the AILET. CLAT is considered one of the most difficult entrance exams in India.

No, Math is not compulsory to be eligible for NMIMS BBA LLB (Hons) admission. Candidates seeking admission, should have passed Class 12 conducted by a recognised Board / University with a minimum 50% aggregate.

Student who have passed their class 12th from a recognised educational board or university are eligibile to apply for BBA LLB . Whether a student is from science, arts or commerce background, he /she can apply for the course . My younger sister is pursuing her BBA LLB course from Quantum University, which is situated in Roorkee Uttarakhand . She has been pursuing her last year of BBA LLB course . The university provides admission to BBA LLB (Hons) course based on academic performance, CLAT/ LSAT score and PI performance. A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Uttarakhand OBC) with English as a subject is required to apply for BBA LLB (Hons) course.
