BBA LL.B. is a combined law and business administration programme that teaches students both business and legal concepts. Candidates studying BBA LL.B. are first disseminated with knowledge and understanding of Commerce subjects like Principles of Management, Financial Accounting, Effective Communication, Computer Applications, and so forth. BBA LL.B. law subjects like Constitutional Law, Property Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, and Criminal Law are taught to BBA LL.B. candidates after the following above-mentioned commerce subjects in the BBA LL.B. course. The maximum time an aspirant has to complete their BBA LL.B. programme is eight years. As part of a 5-year integrated BBA LL.B. curriculum, BBA LL.B. students are taught a diverse range of topics through classroom teaching, clinical internships, moot courts, case studies, etc. BBA LL.B. law entrance tests, such as CLAT ISAT, and institute-specific entrance exams, such as SLAT are used to determine admission into the BBA LL.B. programme. Students must have passed their class 12 board exam or equivalent examination as a minimum requirement for the BBA LL.B. programme. The BBA LL.B. programme prepares students for careers such as Corporate Lawyers, Advocates, and other legal positions. The BBA LL.B. students will have countless choices to work in reputable law firms throughout the country, in multinational corporations as legal consultants, and as independent lawyers/ advocates. The average annual salary for a BBA LL.B. graduate will be around INR 3-10 LPA depending on professional experience, intellect, and talents.
Candidates who wish to apply to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) / LL.M. Programmes under NRI / NRI Sponsored / PIO / OCI Categories need to send the duly filled-in application form, other relevant documents and a proof of deposit of application fees etc. directly to the University.
Applications under NRI / NRI Sponsored / PIO / OCI Category shall be considered for admission in case the candidate had appeared for CLAT under NRI/NRI Sponsored / PIO / OCI Category. They shall send the filled in application form along with the copy of the admit card, other relevant documents and prescribed fees. They shall be admitted as per their Rank in CLAT depending upon the vacancies.
The candidates also need to pay the application fee of INR 2,000, which is non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable.
Once the candidate is admitted under the NRI / NRI Sponsored / PIO / OCI Category the admission will not be converted into any other category subsequently. Good luck.
