Hi,
For admission in all NULs except NLUD CLAT is given. CLAT gives you entrance into BA/BBA LLB Integrated course and only CLAT is required for admission. You do not have to give any other exam. For admission into BBA LLB course some other exams besides CLAT are AILET IPU CET BHU CET, GLC Mumbai exam, JMI, AMU, ILS Pune, UPES Dehradun, Army Law School etc.

There is no distinction as such in the later years. if you have commerce in your 12th then only take BBA as it has accounts and finance things. Having commerce is not an eligibility requirement but a recommendation. at later stages when you come out both the courses have same recognition.

The law subjects are divided over 5 years. In the first and second year you have BBA subjects + torts, contract negotiable instrument act and partnership act. From 3rd year you have all major subjects. Syllabus varies from college to college.
