Yes, you can get admission into the university and its affiliated colleges through management quota. Many of the IPU colleges have management quota for admission. But, for this you have to personally visit the college and have a talk with the admin department to get through it and to know what the procedure is for the same.

Yes, this is a good college for studying law. moot courts are available in all the colleges in accordance with the guidelines for education in law by the bar council. for internships, the college may have a placement cell but the internships it guarantees cannot be always good or available to you as there are many other parameters for that.
