Yes, you can take admission and then give CLAT. This will help you save your 1 year in case you do not switch the next year as well.

You have secured a very good rank. You have very good chances of getting admission in up to 3rd round of counselling. If you still don't get seat, you should be able to take admission in the vocational round of counselling.

Yes, you can apply for the course, because the eligibility criteria is 45% in class 12th plus entrance exam.

While both colleges are excellent, better take the admission in the main campus and select NMIMS. This was established way before OP Jindal and is more recognized.
