I've completed BBA from Shanti Business School itself and it did provided me and other students amazing placements and internship opportunity with really good companies. Same as in PGDM, placement cell focuses on placing each student in companies on the basis of their specialization and interest.

BBA does not usually offer good placements. After BBA you can opt for MBA as after this you will hopefully get good placements.

The minimum eligibility criteria for PO (Probationary Officer) jobs under IBPS examination is graduation. The IBPS is the umbrella organisation which conducts one common entrance exam for entry level positions (Probationary Officer Cadre) for Public Sector banks in India. Similarly, SBI (State Bank of India) also conducts an examination for these positions. So, you do not require an MBA for applying to these positions.
Additionally, if you are looking for other high-end banking jobs such as investment bankers, brokers, bank consultants, an MBA from top-notch B-school is almost a necessary requirement to get into that league.
