Hello Vivek, After completing BBA, the candidates can join as executive trainee/management trainee in any of the following sectors:Advertising agencies.Banking, finance and consultancy.IT companies.Consumer durable companies and FMCG.The candidates can also do some professional courses like, ICWAI, CA, etc. The candidate can do Master degree courses like, MCA. You are eligible to seek admission to MSW on completion of BBA with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university in majority of universities/ colleges offering MSW. It is not necessary for BBA graduate to do MBA online. You can do any of regular/ correspondence/ weekend/ online MBA based on your requirement after BBA.

Pursuing MBA after completing BBA is better. My suggestion is to pursue MBA in IT after completing BBA in IT.

MBA is the best degree option after BBA. However, if you do not want to pursue degree course then you may opt for post graduate Diploma in functional area of your choice. You may also choose to undertake industry recognized certifications. You may share your functional area of interest for further appropriate advice.
