BBA is completely different from Nursing and Engineering. You cannot compare them so easily. BBA will prepare you to work in industries like Bank financial organizations, business consultants etc. If you deeply enjoy to learn more about that, then go for it. After BBA, you can opt for MBA to get in depth site of your field and higher living also.

BBA is a three year degree course where as engineering is a four year programme. India is a developing nation. We are a growing market for the world. In order to cop up with the highly increasing demand of business management specialist there will be a huge demand of BBA and MBA graduates in near future. But simultaneously our population is also growing In order to serve them there is a huge opportunity in healthcare industry and in engineering services too. We can't say which have more scope. All three fields have an ocean of opportunity for a skillful graduate. I suggest you to find your field of interest and you will see the result.

Yes, definitely, you can go for hotel management after BBA, but I would suggest you go for MBA which would boost your career and if you go for HM then it would cost you 3 extra years to complete your HM.
