If you pursue MBA, you can apply for jobs related to MBA specialisation. For example, if you are taking finance and HR as specialisation in MBA then you can apply for HR or if you take banking then you can apply for banking sector jobs.

If you are willing to work in other sector,then why are you opting for aviation? After studying particular specialization, you will get job in same stream. If you want to work in other stream, then it will be difficult for you to get a job.

I think you should decide this based on what kind of job you would want to do in future. Both these areas have a good scope and very competitive also. Supply chain is one of the skilled professions in Canada and you are most likely to get a job. If you are applying for higher studies in Canada then another important point to note is your stream in class 12th. The subjects, etc. must be relevant. You should also compare the programme syllabus and the related careers and know what suits you most. It is not right for someone else to tell you what you should do as it involves your time, money and most importantly your future.
