It is not so with most if the colleges, even IIMs take a lot of freshers with no work experience.
Talking specifically about your profile, I guess you should consider work experience as well. It will value-add to your experience and will be good for an MBA if you later decide to do so.

MBA is the best option after BBA as most of the first year courses are covered in BBA curriculum. You can work hard for MBA entrance exams and get into a premier B-School.
Other options are-Masters in Finance and Masters in Management Studies. You can also prepare for GRE/GMAT and try for Master's degree abroad.

What exactly is you job profile? If you want to apply for B.Ed, you can certainly do so, but as far as teaching is concerned, you will be only eligible to apply for teaching in class I-VIII.
A graduate with a B.Ed is not considered eligible to apply for teaching in Higher Secondary Schools or Colleges.
To be eligible to teach in colleges/universities, apart from holding a Master's degree, you will have to qualify National Eligibility Test for Lectureship or the State Eligibility Test for Lectureship, both conducted under the regulation of University Grant Commission.
I would suggest you go for MBA after BBA as MBA does not restricts you

BBA is really one of the best courses in Bachelor's degree and many students do MBA after this which is now become a tradition and in MBA there are many students who are from the departments such as Engineering, BCA, BA, B.Sc. etc. The crowd in MBA is also very high so it is really a good option to choose something other than the traditional course which can be deemed helpful in the long duration of time. It may be anything which is related to your passion or your area of interest. Designing is one such field in which there is lots of scope and less crowd in comparison to MBA. So, if someone really wishes to go in the designing field i
