Yes, the application form for the COER University, Roorkee BCA course can be filled out in offline mode. All the candidates who wish to apply offline can visit the university campus. The admission forms are available at the admission office. Students must fill out the form and attach scanned copies of the required documents. In addition to that, an application fee of INR 1,000 is also to be paid.

Students who are willing to take COER University, Roorkee BCA admissions must fulfill the eligibility requirements. To be eligible, students must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Moreover, candidates with a Diploma in Engineering from a recognised board/university are also eligible to apply. Other than this, candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are offered a relaxation of 5% in Class 12 marks.
