Yes u can pursue MS in CS from McGill University after your BCA of three years if u have minimum 3.2 GPA out of 4 in your Bachelor's degree and having good rank and cutoff score in GRE for it. So, give your best :). .

Most of the colleges criteria for BCA is 55% in your 12th and with this you must have the Science background with Maths. In other words for BCA admission, in 12th you field is of Science with Physics Maths, Chemistry.
