The admission in BCA course at Lucknow University are based on the 12th marks. The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility : Intermediate or equivalent examination with Mathematics/Computer as one of the subjects with at least 50% marks (45% for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) based on the total marks of all subjects.
Counseling Procedure : University of Lucknow will be adopting an Off Campus Online Counseling for the UG Professional programs. Candidates have to register and submit choices after the merit has been declared.

I don't have idea about Acharya Business School. Being a alumni of this University, I would like to answer your query. During my post graduation years, I had one roommate from same course and currently she is working with Wipro with decent package. She used to discuss everything with me weather placements, academics, class talks etc. I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Students are given a lot of on-job training as well as work on projects where they can earn also. BCA placements of the university are very good with students getting high packages. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered is between 9 LPA to 11 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Infosys, TCS and many other companies visit our campus for placements. But this is BCA that's why a lot of students think to do MCA from foreign universities. There is no restriction about the distance degree for appearing in IIT JAM exam for M.Sc. Mathematics. So you can be eligible if meeting the below criteria. Educational qualification for M.Sc. Mathematics :
1. All candidates admitted through JAM should have a Bachelors degree.
2. In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS category candidates, and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.
3. Studied Mathematics in graduation for at least two years/four semesters.
