As you have done maths in your +2 then you are eligible for admission, just make sure that your class 12th percentage is atleast 50% before seeking admission into IP University. The general criteria is that a candidate needs to score at least 45% in +2 in order to be eligible for admission into BCA. Some universities also require candidate to be from mathematical background and then provide admission on that basis.
