Getting into Google after BCA will be a little difficult, as compared to getting into tech Mahindra or Wipro. I have seen candidates who have secured jobs in Mahindra and Wipro but have never seen a candidate who secured job in Google after BCA. But you can try your best to get into Google with proper skills and knowledge.

You should go for MCA if you're interested in programming and wants to make career in development. Or you can also go for MBA for making a career in management.
