The scope of any course depends upon the potential of the candidate and not of the course. If you have the right quality of skills which are required by the company then you'll do well in that area.

It depends upon your interest, if you are interested in technology and want to become more professional in technology after BCA then go for MCA or if you have interest in management area then go for MBA. Both these courses will have a good salary, but it depends on the skills of the candidate.

BCA is vocational course with lot of opportunities. There are almost all the subjects covered in the curriculum of BCA which is there in regular B.Tech IT, BE IT, B.Tech CS etc. Courses. The key is to study well with lot of dedication and sincerity. The Project work in 6th semester (mostly in every BCA courses in India) is the first company work you do in the course, which eventually help you to understand the outer word scenario. There will always be a scope of BCA or any other vocation course if you excel and do exceedingly well in it. Hope this helps!

I'll tell you what I did as a 1st year BCA student. If you like, then you can follow up on that. Attend every lecture, BCA is such an easy course that if you attend your lectures regularly on daily basis and pay full attention, then you don't even need to go for tuitions or put in extra time in studying the same thing, and still you'll be able to secure good marks. So, don't skip lectures. Start learning new skills and courses which aren't covered in your BCA like website, game, application development, hacking, digital marketing or any other skill that interests you. It'll take time to learn these skills, but eventually it'll pay off

AI seems fancy from outside. But, to make it actually work, you must have excellent coding skills. A course in AI won't help, if you have not done some project. Along with your BCA start learning AI on your own. Try to create a prototype or project. Once you feel that you will be comfortably able to work as AI developer than go for Masters.
