If you have done BCA, you have many options. You can either do MCA or can take up Diploma in web design or any other such courses but MBA is not a good option for BCA people.

It depends on u that what you have an interest or in which sector you want to make your career.
If you are interested in programming, coding, developing then go for MCA.
And, if you are interested in the management field and want to become a futre leader then go for MBA (IT).
For MCA - JNU, IPU, IIM-Indore are the first priorities.
For MBA- Try to crack CAT, GMAT, MAT, XAT.

After BCA, you can get job in small and medium size IT companies but for long term career growth MCA is must qualifiation. If you do not have personal constraints to go for job now, you may opt for MCA for long term meaningful career.

Most of the universities in USA prefer students who have completed their graduation by doing 10+2+4. You are advised to do one year PG diploma in computer related subject to become eligible for MS in USA universities. You are advised to appear in GRE.

BCA+MCA is usually preferable. you can also go for M.Sc, but MCA has more exposure and provides better jobs because in MCA more of practical knowledge will be provided.

BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in Small and Medium size IT companies. Unfortunately Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role. BCA graduates may get junior developer or Application support jobs. BCA degrees can only help you to get only entry level jobs and will require acquisition of PG degrees such as MCA and M.Sc IT for a meaningful career.
