Logistics and supply chain has become one of the key differentiators that define the success of a firm. The firms are hard pressed for efficiency and everything now depends on how fast and effectively a product reaches its customers and for that, they are heavily dependent on the technology and integrated solutions. And SCM has become one of the most sought after course in MBA because of the need of professionals who understand global markets and integrate it with technology. You with your BCA background would be an asset to any company that hires you. The pay is handsome and so are the working hours .

BCA will give exposure to basics of Software Application development. You will be able to get application software developer or tester job in Small and Medium IT companies. Large IT companies prefers B.Tech CSE graduates over BCA. After 3 to 4 years of experience BCA graduates are able to move to large IT companies. Considering South India, which is mostly dominated by IT industry. the opportunities increase even further. However, it is recommended to pursue MCA for better career opportunities.
