Yes, you can pursue MBA after completing BCA. The eligibility criteria for MBA is graduation in any of the streams.

Hello Keyur,
BCA will give exposure to basics of Software Application development. You will be able to get application software developer or tester job in Small and Medium IT companies. Large IT companies prefers B.Tech CSE graduates over BCA. After 3 to 4 years of experience BCA graduates are able to move to large IT companies.

BCA is just a basic degree in the field of Computer A and graduates can get beginner level Developer and Tester roles in Small and Medium size IT companies or in IT department of Business Enterprises.
