The eligibility criteria for BCA course at Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Science is that the candidate should have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Mathematics and English should be the compulsory subjects.  Moreover, the minimum age limit is 17 years and the maximum age varies between 22-25 years.

At the time of admission, the selected candidates have to pay the course fee within the stipulated time. The fee structure for BCA at BP Poddar Institute includes multiple elements such as Tuition Fee, Admission Fee, Caution Fee (Refundable), Admission Fee, Library cum Book Bank Fee, and Institute's Students Refund, which are only required to pay one-time, except for the Tuition fee. The tuition fee for BCA is INR 2.7 lakh.
