No, not every college need exam to get into BCA course some colleges give you admission on the basis of your 12th percentage. And there are many colleges in India you get admission without any exam.

Percentage doesn't matter in most of the colleges for BCA but for reputed colleges you should try to have a percentage of more than 70.

The answer is no. BCA students are not eligible to apply for GATE. But if they are doing MCA after completing BCA then they are eligible for GATE exams.

No, you cannot pursue the BCA programme from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) if you did not study Mathematics as a subject in your 10+2 education. As per the eligibility criteria of the BCA programme offered by DAVV, candidates should have completed their 10+2 education in any stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
