Yes, BCECEB conducts counselling process after the entrance exam result is declared. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the rank secured and the merit schieved in the entrance exam. Post this, shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview and for the verification of the documents. The counselling process is conducted generally in offline mode.

BCECE Pharmacy exam is an offline entrance exam. Candidates would be provided with an OMR sheet to answer the objective type questions. Once marked, the answers cannot be changed on the OMR sheet as there is no option of erasing the responses. If a candidate has marked two responses for a question, the question will be considered to have an incorrect response and will lead to the deduction of a mark.

BCECE Pharmacy entrance exam comprise of three sections, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There are a total of 300 questions (100 from each subject) carrying 1200 marks in total. Candidates will be given 90 minutes to complete each section and they cannot inter-switch between sections without attempting completely one section at a time. Each correct response will translate to four marks and each incorrect response will lead to deduction of 1 mark each. The question left un-attempted by the candidate will be awarded zero marks that is no mark will be added or subtracted.

The BCECE Pharmacy exam will be held in July 2024 tentatively. The exam schedule has not been released yet. It is an offline/pen-paper based mode exam. Candidates have to visit the designated test centres to appear for the BPharma entrance exam.

There are three sections in the BCECE Pharmacy entrance exam and applicants are required to attempt each subject-wise section in 90 minutes respectively and the total duration of the exam was four and a half hours. BCECE Pharmacy 2024 exam carries sections or groups of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or either Biology. A break of 30 minutes in-between two subjects, is provided during which, candidates cannot leave the premises of the exam centre.

BCECE Pharmacy entrance exam is an offline exam (pen and paper-based). Yes, there is a negative marking scheme in the entrance exam. For each right answer, candidates receive 4 marks and for every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

A candidate must have passed class 12th or its equivalent from recognised board. It will be necessary for the candidates to have a domicile of Bihar State. The minimum age of the candidate will be 17 years as on December 31, 2024. The candidates should have scored 45 percent on aggregate in qualifying examinations with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects. The Applicants’ parents should be domiciled in the state of Bihar.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will declare BCECE B Pharma result tentatively in July 2024 in online mode at the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The result will be shared in the form of a rank card. Applicants have to provide their roll number and date of birth after logging in to check their ranks. The result in the form of a rank card will have the details such as the Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, Qualifying Status, Overall Score, Sectional Score and Merit Rank.

The BCECE Pharmacy exam is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). It is an undergraduate-level exam which is conducted in offline mode. There are a total of 120 seats available across two Pharmacy colleges in Bihar which provisions admission under the BCECE Pharmacy 2024 exam.
