The following are the criteria for admission to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course at KMCT Dental College:
* The candidate must have passed the 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
* The candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in the 10+2 examination.
* The candidate must have appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for UG and secured a minimum percentile as per the guidelines of the DCI.
* The candidate must be medically fit.

Eligibilty is same as for the MBBS that is given NEET eg exam and age criteria of 17 year in the year of exam. One important thing is a good marks is required which is necessary for the admission in this college.

All dentists applying for dentist jobs in Thailand must hold a valid license from the Thai Dental Council in order to practice in Thailand it is a 2 parts exam in Thai language.
