If you wish to have a career in the non-clinical field and move abroad, MPH is a good option. Also, in case, you decide to go to the USA for your MPH and later want to practice dentistry, it'll be a great step for your admission in a college for DDS.

Hello shalini, As you are a doctor already, so you may be knowing what the scopes are after doing MS. Other than that you can give the competitive exams; national level like UPSC and the state level exams depending upon which state you are belonging. So, there are classes available in many cities; you can go through the government website; all the details about the examination are available over there including the eligibility criteria, paper style, dates, etc. If you still have any doubts, feel free to ask.
