Doing post-graduate Diploma in dermatology after Bachelor of Dental Surgery can be a very promising career move.Particularly if you are interested in diverse skill sets in dermatology, skin care, and aesthetics, this is the right step toward diversification. Dermatology is a very large field with increasing demands made on aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy, cosmetic dermatology, and anti-aging procedures. This Diploma helps you establish your practice in skin clinics, cosmetic centers, or private practice. It adds value to your dental knowledge if one seeks to specialize in aesthetic facial work.

A candidate with 380 marks in NEET may find admission to BDS programs challenging but not impossible. The cut-off marks for BDS will vary by college, category (General, OBC, SC/ST), and no. of applicants. Cutoff marks for BDS for the government college can be even above 500-600 or more, in general.

No, candidates cannot join Sri Ramakrishna Dental College and Hospital without NEET for BDS. As the institute is entirely government and there is no direct admission or donation type admission so, you have to clear NEET-UG and clear the required cutoff to apply for counselling process.
