I depends on the college you choose and also the category you belongs from. As your marks are less you may get a private college for BDS.

The admission process has begun as of today, I. e. , October 7, 2022. The admissions to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS course at the Dr. Harvansh Singh Judge Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital will be done on the basis of a centralized admission process. This process for the MBBS/BDS course will be done by the Government Medical College and Hospital of Chandigarh, which has recently released a notification regarding admissions. Your score is too low to get admission into the government dental colleges of Kerala. You may have some chance under the home state quota if your state rank is under 40,000 in NEET state counseling in Kerala. To get a government dental college for BDS you need to score more than 350, even for a category-based exemption, according to available previous year cut-off data. In previous years, the closing NEET UG rank for most of the government colleges in Kerala was under 40,000. You may also try to get admission to some private colleges, like the Noorul Islam College of Dental Science in Aralumoodu.

Unfortunately, with 124 marks in NEET you may not get admission into dental colleges in Chandigarh. The reason is that for most of the government dental colleges, the required NEET score for admission is above 300, according to previous year's cutoff data. Similarly, for top private dental colleges, the required percentile is above the 50th percentile in NEET in addition to 55% aggregate in the 12th standard. Still, you may have some chances at private dental colleges like Rayat Bahra University with some category-based exceptions.

It's to very hard to getting government Sets at 131 marks. If you try to private medical colleges it's fees is very High.

Apply through the official college website with NEET-UG marks for management quota or apply for Madhya Pradesh Dental counseling for BDS 2022-2023. Admission will start in late October or November month, the fee structure is around INR 2.5 Lakhs per annum for BDS.

hi Jay prakash, every year the cutoff of the every college changes according to the new admission so if you want the current and latest cutoff then please visit the official site of the college. Or please check the last year cut off from their you will get the proper information. All the best.
