For 2024 Amrita Universitys Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program—more especially, the Amrita School of Dentistry in Kochi—is accepting applications. Based on NEET UG 2024 scores the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) uses centralized counseling to carry out the selection process. Admission is guaranteed to qualified applicants who meet the cutoff and are given seats by MCC.After four years of school, students enrolled in the BDS programme must do a mandatory one-year rotatory residential internship (CRRI). The Dental Council of India (DCI) has recognised the course.

The choice filling process has already started for getting admission into BDS in the state of Telangana. The choice filling process for admission to BDS has already started from September 29th 2024. Interested candidates can attend counselling.

The eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS), affiliated with Delhi University, are as follows:1. Educational Qualification: The person must have passed 10 plus 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as pre-requisites. The expected NEET 2024 cutoff for BDS admission at National Dental College for the General category is around 718-137. For OBC, SC, and ST categories, the cutoff is approximately 135-107.

According to the Dental Council of India DCI there are 28,088 BDS seats in Karnataka for the year 2024. Numerous private colleges like A.B. Shetty Memorial, Bapuji, JSS, KLE Vishwanath Katti, Manipal, and Yenepoya offer 100 seats each. Govt. colleges like ESIC Gulbarga (62 seats) and Govt. Dental College Bangalore (60 seats) also has a significant intake.For BDS the average college fee in Bangalore is INR 4,52,700.Thankyou.I think I will be helpful to you.
