Of course you are eligible. Whether it's good or not, depends upon where you do it from and what is your field of interest. Doing an MBA will take you away from clinical field and into more of management. With the mushrooming of corporate hospitals, there is a huge scope for doctors who can be managers. You have to appear for Medical Common entrance examination. For veterinary also there is separate exam.

Eligibility for M.Sc Psychology Degree from a recognized university with minimum of 50% aggregate. Students having any other degree such as Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), B.A. Sociology, B.Sc. Home Science, B.A. Philosophy or B. Ed
Eligibility- Bachelors degree in the stream of science
Admission Process- Counselling after taking Entrance Examination
Course Level- Post Graduate
Course Fee-INR 3,000 to 2 lakhs

NEET is the only gateway for admission in MBBS and BDS courses throughout India. There's no other option.
