That totally depends on your interest, like if you have interest in medical profession than choose BDS or BAMS but if you have interest in research for medicine or agriculture than you can opt B.Pharma or agriculture.

You need to complete your BDS, first because otherwise you will not be able to get the degree in your hand. After that, without any hesitation go for MBA in which field you want to go for. According to me this will be or should be your wise decision. Don't panic, think once and do well. All the best.

For medical courses outside India, you have to give NEET for being eligible. But in some colleges clearing the cutoff is compulsory and in some only inly the appearance will do the eligibility. After NEET, you need to apply for university all around in which you need to study. There are agents and consultancy which provide you with all the services from being selected to the fee receipt of the college. You tickets and visa all the things may be included in the pack itself.
